This new American troops figure set from Cobi allows fans of blocks to make scences from the landing at Normandy. A soldier of the 101st Airborne Division in a completely new uniform color, is equipped with a backpack with a parachute and an M1 rifle. A Marine has been equipped with a Bazooka. The set is completed by a sailor equipped with a Thompson Submachine Gun and binoculars. Both Marines and Sailors should be a particular interest to collectors looking to build and fill their landing crafts or the enormous Cobi Pt-109 Patrol Boat. The whole set is complemented by bases for figures and elements of the environment such as vegetation and a German plate mine, which soldiers many come across.

This new set of three figures from Cobi depicts sol.diers fighting during a conflict in the Indochina Peninsula. Each figure represents a member of a different unit. A Vietcong soldier features a pad-printed uniform and is equipped with a straw-hat characteristic of this region. It is armed with an AK-47 rifle. A solider of the American 101st Airborne Division, in addition to the pad-printed uniform, received an eagle print on his shoulder---the emblem of this famous division. It is armed with an M16 automatic rifle. The last figurine shows a Marine solider wearing a bulletproof vest. It is equipped with an American helmet with a printed realistic camouflage. He is also equipped with an M16 rifle with a grenade launcher.

The whole set is complemented by three transparent stands for placing the figures and block vegetation that can be used in the construction of dioramas.
