Comments from the Curator:

This is a standard 1980's to the early 1990's period US Army BDU style uniform. A high point about this General's uniform is that most of the insignia (including his name) are direct embroidered on the jacket. This is a great aid when it comes to provenance. At this time biographical historical research is being done to ascertain the career of Brigadier General Phillips.
